One of the kindest people I have ever met! Emma did my makeup for my wedding day and was absolutely wonderful. We did a trial where she was gentle and helped me to find a style I loved. I don’t usually wear make up so talked me through everything and even gave me tips to improve my skin for the big day. On the wedding day, Emma was fantastic. We chatted all morning while she made me look amazing. It lasted all day and I’m so pleased with how it turned out. I couldn’t fault Pretty Faces make up. From the moment I met Emma at a venue open day, I knew she was the one. I highly recommend Pretty Faces Make Up as Emma is just so talented but also a genuinely wonderful person. Emma recently did my wedding make up. Due to a tight time schedule there was no time for a trial make up. Emma told me I would feel like a million dollars once she had completed my make up and I certainly did! My make was so natural and just the look that I wanted. Emma is lovely and so professional she made me feel very relaxed and calm I felt my make up and wedding day look was very safe in her hands. Emma is such a fantastic make-up artist and I would highly recommend her to anybody.
I contacted Emma to do the make-up for myself, mother and bridesmaids for my wedding in August 2026 as she was local to the venue. Her prices were very reasonable and her communication throughout the process and leading up to the wedding was great.
Both my mother and I had some concerns over our make-up having had professional make-up done for events before and never being quite happy with it. At the make-up trial Emma allowed us to experiment and try different products/techniques until we were completely happy with the result. She made us both feel so comfortable and beautiful at the trial and on the wedding day.
On the wedding day Emma was so accommodating to our needs and all the bridesmaids who didn't have trials were so pleased with the make-up Emma suggested/picked for their different skin tones etc.

I can't recommend Emma highly enough! She did my makeup, along with five others, on the morning of my wedding, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

I booked Emma a year and a half before the wedding, and she has been fantastic from day one. I knew very little about skincare, but she took the time to advise me on how to prepare my skin so it would be in the best possible condition for the big day.

During my trial, Emma made me feel completely at ease. As someone who is socially anxious, I really appreciated how comfortable she made me feel, and I felt confident enough to tell her if I wanted anything adjusted. She was just as patient and accommodating on the wedding morning.

Emma had six awkward clients to work her magic on, and she was brilliant with every single one of us. She also created a schedule beforehand so that hair and makeup ran seamlessly alongside each other, making the whole morning relaxed and stress-free.

Needless to say, I was absolutely thrilled with my makeup, and everyone else loved theirs too. Even better, our makeup lasted from early morning right through to the end of the night, surviving hours on the dance floor!

Emma is incredibly talented, organised, kind, and professional. She truly helped make my wedding morning so special, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a makeup artist. She really is a star! ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Emma was incredible! She did the make-up for our wedding at Hedingham Castle. She was personable and professional and overall absolutely lovely to have as a vendor. We had her take care of our mums and they were stunning. She also did a small brush up for both myself and my partner and we looked perfect throughout the event and for our photos! I cannot recommend Emma enough, she is such a lovely person and talented MUA!

I came across Emma through Facebook at a time when I was struggling to find a MUA for my wedding. She really saved me and also helped me find someone to do my hair!

After looking at her IG page, I quickly booked Emma as I absolutely loved her style. She focuses on natural looks which accentuate rather than hide a person’s natural beauty. This was exactly what I was looking for, so I had to book her straight away!

We then organised a hair and make up trial and I attended this with a rough idea of what I wanted, but Emma made me feel so comfortable and created the most beautiful look! I was confident that I would look the best on my wedding day, so I was not stressed at all.

I had clear communication about everything ahead of the day of the wedding and on the morning of, so I could stay calm and relaxed. On top of that, Emma is such a nice and warm person that it is impossible to feel anything other than calm, and it is lovely to listen to her stories whilst she works.

My bridesmaids and mother also had their make up done and Emma was able to create their desired looks simply based on inspo pictures as they all travelled from different countries and could not have trials. Everyone was incredibly happy with their make up.

Finally, just to show how organised and professional Emma is, she left extra time for getting ready to ensure we were all happy with our looks. Since we did not require any touch ups, we were able to use that time efficiently to get my aunt’s make up done too.

The make up itself lasted all day, we had beautiful natural faces which look amazing in our pictures and we all felt so comfortable all day!

I wholeheartedly recommend Emma. She is not just an amazing MUA who creates stunning looks, she is a beautiful human who genuinely enjoys her job and will go above and beyond to ensure a bride will look her best on her special day. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES! ❤️💐

Emma did the most incredible job with my bridal makeup and my bridesmaids’ makeup on our wedding day. From the moment we arrived, she made everyone feel relaxed, comfortable and confident.

She listened carefully to what each of us wanted and created beautiful looks that suited everyone perfectly. My bridal makeup was absolutely everything I had hoped for – it looked flawless, photographed beautifully and lasted all day and night. My bridesmaids were equally thrilled with their makeup and all looked stunning.

Not only is Emma exceptionally talented, but she is also such a lovely person to have around on your wedding morning. Her calm, friendly and professional manner helped make the whole experience even more special.

I truly believe that Emma and Debbie were my fairy godmothers on my wedding day.

As someone who never wears makeup, I had been quite anxious about wearing it for my big day, but after booking a trial with Emma and Debbie I walked away knowing in my heart that I was in safe hands. On the morning of the wedding they filled the bridal suite with laughter and a warmth that truly settled my nerves. Each one of my bridesmaids, my maid of honour, my mother, and my now mother-in-law got up from their chairs beaming, and feeling absolutely beautiful. Having told my bridal party and both mothers to have their hair and makeup done however they liked, I saw the incredible range of both Emma and Debbie’s skills, as well as how intuitive and creative they were when people had not yet decided how they wanted their hair and makeup done. Emma and Debbie worked tirelessly, and by the time we were all finished, the room was filled with smiles and excitement, and I can’t thank them enough for making that morning so deeply memorable and beautiful. And after an emotional day with many happy tears shed, and plenty of dancing in the evening, I was amazed to find that by the end of it my hair and makeup was almost entirely intact!

Emma came to do our makeup at home for a family wedding, and she was just amazing from start to finish. From the moment she arrived, she was so warm, friendly, and easy to be around, it immediately felt relaxed and enjoyable, which is exactly what you want on such a special day.
She took the time to talk everything through with each of us, checking in along the way and making sure we were completely happy with every detail. You could really tell how much she cares about her work and about making people feel their absolute best.
Our makeup looked beautiful and lasted all day, but more than that, Emma made us all feel so confident and special. She created such a calm, lovely atmosphere that made the whole morning even more memorable.

I first met Emma while viewing a wedding venue back in 2024, during the early stages of planning. I really liked the look of her work and while speaking to her I found that she often works with Debbie Roast Wedding Hair and that the two of them offered dual trails so that brides to be can get an idea of their full hair and makeup look. I thought I was a wonderful idea, and loving both of their work I decided then that I would like to choose them for my big day.
It has been a pleasure and easy to work with Emma, she was kindly very flexible with me to make sure that I could book in trials for myself, my maid of honour, my mum and my mother-in-law. Emma was so supportive in creating everyone’s visions for today, and very helpful in guiding those of us who weren’t as sure on what would suit us. She was so kind and patient with everyone’s need and when making changes to each person’s look. Emma is very communicative and responded to all my queries whenever I had any questions.
On the big day Emma was super professional and her presence put me at ease. She did an amazing job working around the chaos that is the morning of a wedding and she made everyone look so beautiful and glowing; I felt like a princess! Emma is kind and so skilled at what she does, she has been a joy to work with. If you are looking for someone to style you on your special day then I cannot recommend Emma and Debbie enough!
